How We Started

We didn’t start this business from theory—I started it from experience.

As a property owner myself, I once walked into a situation that cost me nearly $30,000 in damage… all from an issue that could have been fixed for just a few hundred dollars.

My tenants were preparing to move out at the end of July. As I always do, I asked if there were any maintenance issues I needed to be aware of before they left. That’s when they casually mentioned something that immediately raised a red flag:

“There’s water under the floor.”

I went to the property right away—and what I found was devastating.

There was mold spreading throughout the home, traveling beneath the flooring and into multiple rooms. I had to cut out drywall up to four feet high across large sections of the property. The kitchen had to be replaced. The bathroom had to be rebuilt.

All of it traced back to one issue: a pipe leak behind the wall.

What made it worse?
The tenant told me the bathroom faucet hadn’t been working since March.

That means this leak had been silently causing damage for four months—from March to July. The last time I had physically checked the property was in February.

This entire situation… could have been prevented.

That experience changed everything for me.

I realized something critical:
